Zealot
The short film Zealot is a 2024 horror film directed by Liam Smyth and Ryan Lee. I worked as the Graphic Designer for this project, ideating and creating the promotional material for the film.
The poster was created with Adobe Photoshop. We drew inspirations from classic horror films like Hesperia, while focusing on maintaining a mysterious and unsettling look. In order to achieve this, I created a custom font for the project and kept the poster focused on a single image. As a team we wanted the viewer to feel drawn into the poster, just as Will and Coyote are drawn inside the home.
